Part-Time Nurse
Nurse who works on a part-time basis to provide Legacy’s medical services (pregnancy testing, ultrasound, & STI testing/treatment) and appropriate referrals. Ultrasound training available for individuals committed to long-term availability. Hours: 18/wk)
Office Administrator
Serves as the “nerve center” of the Legacy team, providing key reception and administrative support duties, including initial interaction in person and over the phone with clients in crisis, as well as donors, volunteers, and community members. Involves scheduling, data entry, special events planning & support, as well as routine purchasing, technology & website troubleshooting, and housekeeping and maintenance tasks. Pay higher for applicants with marketing/design/website experience. Hours: approx 20/wk
Marketing Coordinator
Works closely with Advancement/Development staff to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plan to include print, online, IRL presentations, and social networking opportunities for clients & donors for regular programs and special events. Conduct market research & investigate new media opportunities. Remote work may be possible with this position. Hours: varies (3-12/wk)
Program Coordinator
This role serves as an advocate during a client’s initial appointment at Legacy, manages Legacy’s programs and regular program volunteers (Earn While You Learn, childbirth class, Fatherhood, Mommy Group, and Abortion Recovery), and connects clients to available ongoing help and community resources throughout their pregnancy. Hours: approx 20/wk
Development Director
This professional position designs, implements, and coordinates annual giving programs, special events, planned giving, and other ongoing activities. Maintains accurate donor records, prepares timely reports, and recommends solutions to issues identified related to fundraising. Presents written and oral communication regarding Legacy’s mission and giving opportunities in a variety of platforms. Should hold a Bachelor‘s degree, preferably in helping field, or related experience equivalent. Hours: 20-25/wk
